What is Democracy from the Ground Up?

Democracy From the Ground Up (DFGU) aims to rebuild our election system starting at the local level by using community power to advocate for and implement fifteen pro-voter reforms in fifteen counties across the state. DFGU is led in coalition by Common Cause Texas, MOVE Texas, Texas Civil Rights Project, and Texas Freedom Network
